Hello, I'm Luxe and I'm addicted to all things historic and saucy. I especially love the eighteenth century with all its Rococo magic and massive frocks, but also have moments of quite intelligent discourse on art and the suchlike. Mostly it's bosoms and cake 'though.
I am currently writing my novel, Cecelia, which is all about the escapades of a young lady flung into Georgian society under the not-so-watchful eye of her debauched uncle. I'll give you updates via the blog, and I'll also tell you my inspirations and delights along the way.
In case you worry about stuff like that, I have two degrees in fine art and literature, both of which featured the eighteenth century, the Enlightenment, Baroque, Rococo and all that sort of business. On the whole there is more cake in my version.
